Experience the Power of DERMAFRAC™ Micro-Channeling

In recent years, laser treatment and light-based skin rejuvenation have become popular replacements for invasive cosmetic surgery in the quest to look younger. Lasers work by projecting intense light energy into the skin that in turn damages the dermis in a precisely controlled way. While it may seem counter-productive to harm the skin, the damage actually stimulates the body’s natural healing process, accelerating the collagen regeneration cycle, plumping the skin and filling in wrinkles without the need for artificial injections.
Laser treatments can be extremely effective, however, because the pigment in our skin attracts light, including that used in laser treatments, some ethnicities and skin types do not qualify for laser skin rejuvenation. A common side effect of this unintended damage is permanent hyperpigmentation (darkening) or hypopigmentation (lightening) the skin.
Micro-needling, also known at micro-channeling, provides a unique and painless skin rejuvenation alternative to cosmetic lasers. DermaFrac™ micro-channeling is an exciting new treatment where active topical solutions are infused deep into the epidermis and dermis through thousands of micro-channels, without pain or downtime. This treatment can be used to address many skin concerns including fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, brown spots and pigmentation, open pores, congested skin, mild acne scarring and dry and dehydrated skin.

The DermaFrac™ procedure uses a hand piece with a roller fitted with hundreds of microscopic stainless steel needles. These needles were designed to penetrate the skin at a uniform depth, just above the capillaries and nerve endings, so there is no bleeding or discomfort. The hand piece also uses vacuum technology to gently bring the skin in contact with the micro-needle roller, ensuring that all areas of the targeted skin are evenly treated. This process offers simultaneous delivery of infused ingredients, allowing topical treatments to penetrate deep into the tissue for better efficacy in a pain-free procedure. In addition to our current anti-aging and acne-fighting serums, Dr. Asarch is developing his own proprietary formulas to be used specifically with the DermaFrac™ procedure.
There is no downtime with DermaFrac™ and it can be performed by an aesthetician. For long term anti-aging results similar to Fractional Laser Treatment, DermaFrac™ is typically administered in six treatments every two weeks followed by maintenance visits every one to two months. Your provider will customize a treatment regimen for your unique skin care needs.
