0- Will not cause clogged pores
1- Low Risk
2-Low-Moderate Risk
3-Moderate Risk
4-Moderate-High Risk
5- Will cause clogged pores

Below are some examples of commonly used products and their ratings:

0- Argan Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, Petrolatum, Aloe Vera, Vitamin C, Mineral Oil, Glycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate

1- Zinc Oxide, Rose Hip Oil, Calendula Oil, Dimethicone, Beta Carotene

2-Fractionated Coconut Oil (liquid at room temperature), Olive Oil, Vitamin E, Jajoba Oil

3-Avocado Oil, Colliodal Sulfur, Soybean Oil

4-Coconut Oil (solid at room temperature), Coco Butter, Flax Seed Oil

In summary, if you have acne prone/oily skin type it is best to avoid anything above 1.
If you have dry/eczema prone skin type it is best to avoid anything above 4.
