Exilis is an innovative cosmetic procedure that is used to tighten and reduce fat in troublesome areas including the face, neck, jowls, arms, abdomen, back, thighs, hips, and other places where fat tends to accumulate. Exilis has been featured on The Today Show, The View, and in renowned magazines like Elle and W. This state-of-the-art radiofrequency device is powerful and, most importantly, noninvasive, making it an ideal option for reshaping the face, neck and body.
- no anesthesia
- no prep time
- no downtime
Exilis uses a controlled intensity of radiofrequency to target fat from within the cells of the body, allowing the fat to be released into the patient’s system and eliminated through natural metabolic processes. During the session, the Exilis computer-controlled device is guided over the treatment area. Using small circular, or larger sweeping motions, the nozzle of the radiofrequency device is directed onto the indicated area to deliver the treatment. Patients feel a warming sensation as the energy is delivered to the deeper layers of skin. The ability to focus the energy on specific areas at the targeted depth of penetration makes Exilis a highly effective aesthetic solution. Exilis causes the collagen supporting tissue to remodel, thereby stimulating and strengthening the collagen network and instantaneously tightening the skin around the indicated areas.
- Non-invasive, non-surgical procedure
- No anesthesia or numbing creams
- No downtime
- Quick and easy treatment sessions
- Progressive results that last
- Treats almost all areas of the face and body
- Scientifically proven and clinically tested worldwide
The recommended course of treatment is generally four to six sessions, one every two weeks. The effects of the treatment are most commonly seen after two of the suggested four to six treatments, while best results are typically achieved about a month after the final treatment. Patients show persistent results at least six months after the Exilis treatment. These results are generally long-lasting and can be maintained by a healthy diet and constant hydration to help flush the extricated fat out.
Exilis can be used to tighten skin and reduce fat almost anywhere on the body in adult men and women of all ages. A consultation with your doctor will help you determine if you are a good candidate.
After Exilis treatments, you may notice some mild redness around the treatment area. This usually subsides rather quickly. You may resume normal activities, including exercise, immediately.
